Timeline
Hair and makeup begins at 11:45 AM. Juan meets the team at Jazmyn’s house to capture BTS. Gather props, prepare catering items, organize wardrobe, and prep anything traveling to the studio.
Load catering props, wardrobe, and production items for transfer to studio.
Studio access begins at 1:30 PM. Crew should arrive by 1:00 PM to begin unloading gear as allowed, meet the team, review the creative plan, and discuss key shots before gaining access.
Everyone accesses the studio and begins full setup: lighting, audio, camera prep, interview setup, client viewing setup, props, wardrobe, and final HMUA touches.
Capture staged BTS of Jazmyn in HMUA at the studio, plus mic’ing, crew interactions, monitor moments, setup details, and BTS throughout the day.
